In February, after the epic Yunnan trip,
I went to my boyfriend's hometown, Coventry. It was a three-hour bus ride from London to reach there (I didn't understand how I got stuck in traffic when there was so much land around). It is known for the medieval Coventry Cathedral, which was bombed in WWII.

I went back to the U.K. during Christmas. I'm not a big fan of London, but I do like a few places - Brick Lane and Camden Town. They are covered in street art and graffiti (I found Banksy!).
I enjoyed walking around there.

Strolling in parks and hills was always joyful. I especially enjoyed taking photos of the animals. We saw swans and ducks in Kingsbury Water Park, deers in Bradgate Park and Highland cattle in the Malvern Hills.

Just before Christmas, I visited my friend's hometown in Italy. This was the city of Turin - full of music, great food and creativity.
Italian food is impeccable - pasta and steaks from Jazz Club Torino, dessert from Beatrice Pasticceria, pizza from Focacceria & Lo Staglio, bagna càuda & wine from Luogo Divino, ice-cream crepes from Gelateria La Romana - all of which are highly recommended!
My friend took me to the Museum of Contemporary Art for an exhibition, to Gran Balon for the flea market and to Royal Palace of Caserta for a stroll. The trip was very short, but I enjoyed it throughly.
